Open the web browser of choice and log into www.linkedin.com, once logged in navigate to "Me" in the top right portion of the website, this will open the menu similar to below, select "Settings & Privacy" in the menu. You will be taken to a new page.
You will now be on www.https://www.linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/categories/account/ from this page you will need to scroll down to the section "Subscriptions & payments" and then select "View purchase history" this will take you https://www.linkedin.com/payments/purchasehistory?trk=purchase_history_from_settings.
On the new page you will see a history of receipts allowing you to click on the "Learning Premium Subscription renewal (Monthly)" link to open the receipt for the month(s) needed.
From the receipt page select "Print" for options to print or save as PDF for file upload.
Select the desired option for document following any further prompts. (These are self explanatory for saving the file to your specified location).
