Submit Expenses via Zoho

Open ZOHO Expense app on your phone, from the dashboard select “Recent Reports”, this will take you to the Reports page.

 On the Reports screen click the + in the circle at the bottom to create a new Report.


 

 Fill in the Name duration and purpose.

 This brings you into your report and you select "Create Expense".

 For the expense you will need an image to attach via “Attach Receipt” button (This allows for "Take a Picture" or "Load a File", you will need to add the Expense, Date, Merchant (can be from list), Category, Amount, Description, and Payment Mode
