1. When you come across a ticket like this in Freshdesk.
2. Go to the appropriate workspace, click the three dots in the top right corner of the report’s semantic model, and select Settings.
3. If you notice something similar to what’s shown in the image below, click Take over. If not, you can skip this step.
4. Expand the Gateway and Cloud connections
5. If there are no gateways set up, disable the Gateway and select the appropriate SharePoint connection mapping.
6. Go back to the workspace and click on the Refresh now at the semantic model.
