Comparing User Roles in D365 (troubleshooting access)

First click Modules on the left, scroll all the way down and find System Admin.

Click Users and while your here you can favorite Users by clicking the star. This will take you to the page shown below.

Once here select one of the users you want to compare roles by clicking there name in the list.

We can then click Assign Roles, and this screen will pop up.

 Now to compare roles search for the User you want to compare to in the ID box below first and last initials will do. 

Now we can see all the roles that the original user does not have. 

you can now individually pick each role to add to the original user or you can select all by clicking the checkmark next to Role name shown below.
