Rollback to Windows 10 from Windows 11

To downgrade Windows 11 to Windows 10, use these steps:

This specific solution only works if Windows 11 was installed within 10 days 

  1. Open Start on Windows 11.

  2. Search for Settings and click the top result to open the app.

  3. Click on System.

  4. Click the Recovery page on the right side.

  5. Under the “Recovery options” section, click the Go back button.

  6. Select the reason for uninstalling Windows 11.

  7. Click the Next button.

  8. Click the No, thanks button.

    Check for updates

  9. Click the Next button.

    Go back to Windows 10 info

  10. Click the Next button again.

  11. Click the Go back to Windows 10 button.

    Uninstall Windows 11 to return to 10

Once you complete the steps, Windows 11 will be removed, reverting the system to Windows 10, keeping your files and most of your settings and apps.
